History Locum-Tenens.com was formed in 1980 in Atlanta, GA.  We are the leading firm in both locum-tenens and permanent positions.  All of our work is now done on the Internet.  We were one of the first (beginning in 1995) to develop WEB capability.  Locum-Tenens updates our site continuously to keep pace with changing technology by linking to the best on the WEB in Health Care, Medical, Nursing and hospital staffing.

Employers can register and list their position descriptions for Registered job seekers may then send email directly to potential employers. We have many years of experience providing the best candidates available. Employers and Agencies can also highlight their critical positions via our sponsored links pages. 

Candidates can register and search jobs using our database of registered employers.  Job seekers can register in Health Care, Medical, Nursing and hospital staffing.  After registering with us, job seekers may call, fax, and/or send email directly to potential employers.  Take a look at the 6,000+ Employers in the US.  Doctors and other professionals can use our site for research and to contact medical schools. We will format an existing resume/CV FREE for all registered candidates.  Alternatively job seekers may wish to use our professional resume/CV experts to assist them in preparing or revising their resume or CV.  Alternatively for you do-it-your-selfers, there are many examples of formatted resumes by specialty located here. Registered Job Seekers can sign in and search for jobs by specialty, location, or location and specialty for both locums and permanent positions. Complete our easy registration form by clicking on the appropriate registration category on the left to create, post and send your CV/résumé online; receive e-mail alerts about new jobs; and e-mail your CV/résumé to chosen employers and/or agencies.  Employers and/or agencies posting jobs to your discipline can view your posted CV/résumé.  Choosing to post your CV/résumé confidentially lets employers view your resume but not your registered contact information.  Your privacy is always respected and your identity is always protected.
