  • Consulted with large physician groups to build successful locum tenens (contract physician) business.  Developed and sold health care services.  Recruited and consulted M.D.'s in Pathology, Internal Medicine, Radiology, Family Practice, Dermatology, in both locum tenens and permanent. Clients include Hospitals, Private Practices, Clinics, HMO's, Large Physician Groups, and other Health related facilities all over the U.S.

  • President and founder of holding company responsible for the management of human resource consulting and retail businesses. Led company from launch through successful implementation. 

  • Established strategic business plan encompassing multiple product lines and businesses, various market segments and with geographic prioritization of initiatives based on market and economic conditions.

  • Identified niche wine connoisseur product for development and sale via the Internet.  Designed, developed and implemented successful web site.

  • Designed WEB sites that rank high on search engines and attract quality on line job applicants.

  Manager in High Tech   

 1974-1980

  • Head of large computer company Southeast Region with responsibility for a staff of 30 district managers, sales reps, customer service reps, and field engineering managers for sales of intelligent terminal and computers.

  • Sold Tandy Corporation their first desktop computer for their computer stores prior to the TRS-80 and before IBM introduced their PC. Opened 100’s of new OEM and VAR accounts via hiring and staffing the region’s sales organization with 7 remote offices.

  • Achieved Regional Sales Manager of the Year for exceeding Regional Sales quota goals, new account growth, and budget/expense management. Achieved all quota club trips and sales recognition awards. Two of my salesmen I recruited were awarded national salesmen of the year.

  • Actively built relationships with new and existing accounts resulting in account retention of 98% and achieving quota of over 300%. Grew Region from $300k to over $13MM in annual sales.

  • Responsible for multi-million dollar sales of intelligent computer equipment to GEICO, the Federal government and major airlines.

  • Awarded Salesman of the Year and achieved all $5MM++ and Club sales incentives.
